Apart from tv not working properly (due to service issues) which we were made aware about & the smoke alarms going off at 5 this morning due to some one in another room that was at the hotel our stay was great. Staff were very friendly, polite & helpful, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have stayed in, pillows & bedding were perfect. A very clean & comfortable stay. Had food in the pub next door, lunch yesterday & breakfast this morning and can very highly recommend. Free WiFi

I have stayed here multiple times for work and have received fantastic service every time. I've often had to book last minute, or arrive late at night due to work, and the staff have always been very welcoming and accommodating. Conveniently located too

This hotel was perfect for our purposes. One knows exactly what one is getting with Premier Inn, and the Premier Inn Ipswich South East delivered. The hotel is, like so many budget hotels these days, not in an especially prepossessing location on a retail estate; however, its location is accessible, and convenient for getting around the local area, situated as it is very near to a junction of the A14. I should make special mention of the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and for whom clearly nothing was too much trouble. The tall chap with the beard on reception (I'm afraid I can't remember his name) was really excellent - approachable and obliging - and is a great ambassador for the hotel and for the Premier Inn brand. The colleague responsible for the breakfast at the attached Brewer's Fayre was also excellent--and remained unruffled and professional during a power cut on the Saturday morning as he sought to manage customers' expectations about the possible impacts of this on their breakfast plans. All in all the team at the Premier Inn Ipswich South East are a very capable and committed outfit, and if they look after you with the enthusiasm and dedication that they looked after us, I'm sure you'll have a great stay. Recommended.
Stayed here for 2 nights, Had the best nigths sleep ever! Staff are absolutely amazing would go above and beyond for you! Very polite and helpful. Location is perfect just off the A12 Rooms where lovely and clean, very spacious rooms..
Nice comfy room, location in the middle of industrial estate surrounded by car showrooms. Breakfast is in restaurant next door but was ok.
